By accessing or using SN3, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is accepted via cash on delivery. Card payments will be available soon.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within the UAE. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. SN3 is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Refunds
Custom and personalized 3D printed products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. For standard products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Contact us to initiate a return.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and branding on this site are the property of SN3. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
